ODED CASPI Managing Partner

Oded founded Cyrus I and II in 2011 and 2014 respectivey and invested in over 20 early seed startups helping build successful companies including Feedvisor, SimpleOrder and Trelis. He proactively works with entrepreneurs, helping them translate their vision into executable action plans. Oded has over 20 yearsʼ experience in building, funding and nurturing technology startups. His previous positions include co-founder of MyDrifts and VP Business Development at VBox Communications. INON AXEL Managing Partner

Inon co-founded Kasamba in 2000 and served as its CEO. In 2007, Kasamba was acquired by LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN), where Inon served as SVP, Operations. He serves as an advisory board member at Cyrus I, taking part of investment decisions and assisting the fundʼs portfolio companies. Inon also serves as Active Chairman of Imonomy. Prior to Kasamba, Inon was an Algorithm Developer at Compugen. Jacques Goldhar Venture Partner

Jacques Founded Saga Select Asset Management Ltd in 2002. He is also the founder and Chairman of the Goldhar & Co. Group, specializing in international investments, that provides — through Goldhar Corporate Finance — tailor-made corporate finance services to Israeli and European companies, focusing on cross border transactions.

Before founding Goldhar & Co. Ltd., Jacques served as Managing Director of MGC International Markets.

Prior to MGC, Jacques co-headed the Israeli desk of Prudential – Bache Securities in Europe.

Jacques holds MBA in finance from the Tel-Aviv University, he served in various positions in large Israeli banks and was a portfolio manager and chief analyst at Harel Capital Markets, a member of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Ran Arad Partner

Before joining Cyrus, Ran was a Manager at the European Department of the Israeli Innovation Authority (formerly known as the Office of the Chief Scientist). Prior to that, he acted as Head of Tech Investment Banking at Migdal.

Ran opened the first office of Silicon Valley Bank in Israel, and before that worked as a Principal at Carmel Ventures (now Viola). Ran was also the Technology Manager for the Mediterranean region at Sun Microsystems, and Deputy VP R&D at BVR Systems.

Ran Served in one of the elite technology units of the Intelligence Corps of the IDF. He holds an MSc. In Electrical Engineering and a BSc. in Computer Engineering, both from the Technion, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. linkedin-RanArad

 Dr. Shimon Peleg DR. SHIMON PELEG 
Shimon co-founded Savan Communication, acquired in 2000 by Infineon (at the time a Siemens subsidiary). He has 34 years of engineering and management experience in enterprises and startups, combined with deep knowledge in finance. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis and M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from the Technion, all in Computers and Electrical Engineering; as well as an Executive MBA from the international Kellogg-Recanati program of Northwestern and Tel Aviv Universities. Shimon is an inventor of 12 issued US patents.
 Fej (Yuval) Shmuelevitz FEJ (YUVAL) SHMUELEVITZ 
Fej’s Hi-tech experience started at the IDF’s 8200 unit and spans over 25 years, most of them at Comverse Inc., in software engineering, R&D team management and finally as VP product. Fej serves as VP Community and Operations at Waze, from the company’s inception until its acquisition by Google for $1billion in 2013. Since the acquisition he maintains his role within Google.  Amos Talmor AMOS TALMOR
 Amos is a serial entrepreneur and investor with extensive management experience. He has been an Investor, and founder of startups including Kenshoo, Elcom-tech, KorAnga, and Storwize, and currently serves as chairman of Saguna Networks and Covertix. Amos served as an EVP, Corporate Sales & Marketing for Radvision, and had a long career at ECI Telecom, where he served as Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing, responsible for over a billion dollars in annual revenue and for overseeing operations in ECI’s regional business units worldwide.
